A & P were a dream to work with, from start to finish! They came to us to design their ten year wedding anniversary party/vow renewal. P is the lead singer of a popular band, one that you’d hear on the radio any given day, so discretion was important to them. This is why you’ll only see photos here of the reception setup.

A’s vision for the day was to make Willows Lodge feel over the top romantic in a color palette of soft green and white. In the ballroom, we installed white draping to brighten the room and hung floral garlands over long wooden farm tables. The garlands were made of a mix of eucalyptus and olive, with fluffy white flowers such as peonies and garden roses woven. To up the romance, we also hung votive candles from the garlands. On the tables, we laid delicate lace runners and placed compote arrangements overflowing with white flowers. We finished the design with hundreds of votive candles and a sprig of eucalyptus at each place setting.

In the garden outside, we brought in several lounge vignettes from Classic Vintage Rentals, and tucked wooden lanterns around the space to continue the warm ambiance from the dinner tables.
